- Forchheimer Str. (an der Wiesentbrücke) abbiegen Richtung Dooser Berg/Doos
- über Bayreuther Str. - Lindenberg - Dooser Berg bis zum linksseitigen großen Wanderparkplatz (knappe 1,5 Kilometer ab B470) oder ggf. schon 700 m vorher auf dem kleinen linksseitigen Parkplatz vor der scharfen Linkskehre parken
aus Richtung Doos (Waischenfeld bzw. Behringersmühle):
- Richtung Muggendorf
- gut zwei Kilometer hinter Doos befindet sich rechtsseitig der Wanderparkplatz oder 700 Meter weiterfahren bis zum kleinen Wanderparkplatz unmittelbar hinter der scharfen Rechtskehre rechtsseitig

- großer Wanderparkplatz an der Verbindungsstraße zwischen Muggendorf und Doos nordöstlich von Muggendorf
- alternativ kleiner Wanderparkplatz 700 Meter südlich des o. a. Parkplatzes an der gleichen Straße in der dortigen Spitzkehre (sehr wenige Plätze)
