Die Mühlbachquellhöhle ist eine wasseraktive Flusshöhle bei Dietfurt, die zu den größsten Höhlen in Bayern zählt. Für die Region spielt die Höhle für den Grundwasserhaushalt eine wichtige Rolle. Im Inneren befindet sich ein 300m langer See und die Mühlbachquelle. Der Zugang der Höhle ist verschlossen, allerdings werden in regelmäßigen Abständen Vorträge zum Forschungsstand der Höhle gehalten.
