Der höchste Kirchturm der Schweiz und eines der Wahrzeichen der Stadt Bern: das Münster.

Die ersten Grundsteine des heutigen Kirchturms wurden 1421 gelegt. Heute ragt der Turm 100,6 Meter über die Berner Dächer hinaus. Um die Geschichte und das Innere des Münsters etwas besser kennenzulernen, werden öffentliche und private Gruppenführungen angeboten. Natürlich kann das Münster zu den Öffnungszeiten auch selbstständig besucht und bestaunt werden. Ausserdem werden noch immer Gottesdienste durchgeführt, welche auch öffentlich zugänglich sind. Das Münster liegt mitten in der Altstadt. Entweder kann zur Haltestelle Zytglogge oder Rathaus mit dem Bus gefahren werden. Von dort sind es ungefähr 400 Meter bis zum Münster.
