Das Schloss Valley ist unterteilt in einen neuen und einen alten Teil. Im neuen Teil befindet sich ein Wohn- und Ökonomietrakt, eine Brauerei und eine Kapelle. Im alten Schloss und der nebenan stehenden Zollinger Halle befindet sich das Kultur- und Orgelzentrum mit einer Pfeifenorgelsammlung des Orgelrestaurators Dr. Sixtus Lampl. Angeblich soll dem Schriftsteller Michael Ende hier im alten Schloss Valley die Idee zum Buch "Die unendliche Geschichte" gekommen sein.
