Beim Schloss Heinersgrün handelt es sich um das Herrenhaus des ehemaligen Rittergutes.

Ein Adelssitz wird erstmals 1296 urkundlich erwähnt. Bis Mitte des 17. Jahrhunderts und wieder ab 1785 waren Schloss und Gut im Besitz der vogtländischen Adelsfamilie von Feilitzsch. Früher war das Schloss ein dreigeschossiger Rechteckbau mit zwei vorgelagerten Rundtürmen. Nach einem Brand 1920 bauten die Nachfahren der Familie das Schloss mit einigen Veränderungen wieder auf: Die beiden Türme an der Westfront erhielten ihre Zwiebelhauben und überragen, nachdem ein viertes Geschoss hinzugekommen war, das Haus bis heute. Ebenfalls an der Westseite entstand der rechteckige, treppenturmähnliche Anbau. Das Schloss wird heute zu Wohnzwecken genutzt und kann nicht besichtigt werden.

Heinersgrün erreichen Sie über die A 93 - Abfahrt Hof-Ost, und weiter in Richtung Plauen. Nach ca. 4 km biegen Sie links nach Heinersgrün ab. Aus Richtung Chemnitz fahren Sie auf der A 72 bis Pirk, und folgen dann der ehemaligen B 173 in Richtung Hof bis zum Abzweig Heinersgrün.
