Experience history - live tradition!
The castle contains beautifully preserved state rooms and stately living quarters, an extensive collection of weapons and equipment, exhibition rooms and a falconry museum. The architectural ensemble is framed by an impressive tournament courtyard and adjoining pleasure and strolling gardens. Rosenburg Castle is one of the few Renaissance castles to still have a fully operational Renaissance falconry yard (UNESCO World Hertige site). Visitors can experience the age-old tradition of falconry at first hand during bird of prey demonstrations and the rarely shown falconry on horseback.
Today, the Renaissance Rosenburg Castle is a popular excursion destination and a unique setting for weddings, conferences, celebrations, parties and events of all kinds. Details of the numerous special events and further information can be found on our website.
