The castle has 66 rooms, but only some of them are open to the public (e.g. the hunting room and the knights' hall), as the castle is still the residence of the Bille noble family. Some of the rooms are used for various exhibitions, such as Titania's Palace (probably the most fabulous doll's house in the world) or a toy exhibition.
The garden around Egeskov Castle is one of the most beautiful in the world and has received numerous awards. It was laid out in the middle of the 18th century and is constantly evolving.
For younger visitors, there is a large forest playground, an exciting labyrinth, a treetop path and two suspended cable cars. And those who like it a bit spookier might dare to visit Dracula's crypt?
