Today a venue for congresses and events, it originally represented the meeting and leisure place of the Central European nobility, who in the second half of the nineteenth century had chosen Arco as a winter resort. Many people have given prestige to these rooms and this district, including the Empress Elisabeth, "Sissi", who was perhaps in Arco in 1889 on a trip to the south of the Garda. The splendid veranda, added in 1900 together with the large party hall, overlooks the care promenade where the music gazebo stands out. Note the globe and the wind column that were used to inform guests about the weather conditions.
