Na prelome tisícročí tento kus zeme kúpila rodina Beláňovcov, ktorých láska ku koňom a k jazdeniu priviedla k myšlienke vybudovať skutočný ranč. Ako prvé stáli stajne, pretože kôň je súčasťou duše aj tela každého kowboja. O osem rokov neskôr ranč otvoril pre všetkých smädných pocestných dvere štýlového country baru s vôňou divokého západu. Si vítaný.
