The Märtplatz fireplace is idyllically situated in a forest clearing next to a small forest lake and close to the Walserweg Safiental and Walserweg Graubünden not far from Thalkirch.
The fireplace can be reached on foot via the path from the Marktplatz parking lot just before Thalkirch or from Thalkirch along the Walserweg Safiental trail no. 735. Please observe any instructions regarding the risk of forest fires, for example.

Die Feuerstelle kann von ca. Juni bis Oktober gebraucht werden.
Public transport
Travel with the Rhaetian Railway to Versam-Safien station. Change to the post bus to Thalkirch. From the bus stop Thalkirch, Alte Post, follow the Walserweg Safiental trail no. 735.
