Die bereits bestehende Punt da Max musste kruzfristig ersetzt werden, da sie unter den Schneelasten des Winters 2011/2012 stark beschädigt wurde. Ihre Konstruktion entspricht derjenigen der Brücken Muletg und Tarschlims, wobei die alten Fundamente teilweise weiter verwendet wurden.
