The Adlisberg Trail, also known as the "Elif Trail", is suitable for beginners, but also offers some challenging jumps for experts. So all mountain bikers get their money's worth!
The Adlisbergtrail was built in 2013 by Grün Stadt Zürich with contributions from Züritrails.
The trail starts at the highest point of the Adlisberg. It initially leads on a rather gently ascending route down to the Dolder Grand Hotel and then past the Degenried restaurant to the loop on Witikonerstrasse. Further down, the trail becomes increasingly steep and technically demanding. The trail ends above the Elefantenbach stream, near the Stöckentobelweg trail.
The trail is suitable for beginners as it only has a few steep sections. However, some of the jumps are also suitable for experts. The trail is heavily used and attracts half of the traffic on the Uetlibergtrail with over 20,000 descents per year.
