From the Fróia Cyclin' Portugal, located next to the river beach with the same name, four routes with different levels of difficulty are available. From here you can get to know some of the best landscapes in Proença-a-Nova. In total there are 138 km of trails.

De Lisboa: Seguir para norte na A1 e sair para a A23 na saída 7 - Abrantes, Castelo Branco, Torres Novas. Sair da A23 na saída 18 - IC8 Pombal. Siga N241-1 na direção de Mação. Na rotunda saia na 1ª saída. Na 2ª rotunda saia na 2ª saída e mantenha-se na N241. Siga na direção de Sobreira Formosa e saia na praia fluvial de Fróia.Do Porto: Seguir para sul pela A1 e sair para a A13 na saída 11 - Condeixa. Em Avelar continue no IC8 em direção a Proença a Nova. Saia para Mação/ Sobreira Formosa. Na rotunda saia na 1ª saída. Na 2ª rotunda saia na 2ª saída e mantenha-se na N241. Siga na direção de Sobreira Formosa e saia na praia fluvial de Fróia.
