Several beach chairs invite you to sit and linger. Right next to it there is a beach chair rental. Here you can also find the swimming wheelchair, which can be borrowed free of charge from the beach chair rental company. He and the DLRG are also happy to assist in moving and help pull the swimming wheelchair into the water. The beach exit 4 X is guarded by the DLRG. Directly at the beach exit there are also handicapped parking spaces. A toilet for disabled guests is also located at this beach exit. The next WC is located at the entrance to the main beach on the promenade, 150 m from beach exit 4X. A varied beach supply is provided by the various snack facilities in the promenade area and on the beach. In addition, an electric buggy provides our guests mobile with ice cream and a simple snack offer. The landlords of vacation apartments and vacation homes on Usedom are increasingly adapting to guests with mobility restrictions. It is advisable to book disabled-friendly properties early, as they are often booked up quickly during the high season due to their limited number. Since July 2020, a shuttle bus has been operating in Ückeritz as part of Usedom's public bus service, connecting the individual districts and the beach of Ückeritz. Guests with the Ückeritz spa card can ride this bus free of charge.
