The shores of Lake Neuchâtel with its fine sandy beaches offer an idyllic setting for swimming, water games and sports on water and on land;
Seemingly endless expanses of sand, accompanied by the gentle lapping of the waves, the rustling wind in the reeds and sweet birdsong: The postcard flair of the Südufer (southern shore) on Lake Neuchâtel is a homage to wild nature and invites you to an «active holiday» or to summertime lazing.
A special feature of the southern shore is its sandbanks, which ensure that the little ones always have solid ground under their feet and can splash around undisturbed. The sandbanks also provide an ideal environment for water sports or a gentle introduction to the refreshing water.
