In a small valley in the Palatinate Forest is the "Bärenlochweiher" (a pond), which invites you to swim.
In a small valley in the Palatinate Forest is the Bärenlochweiher. On the southern shore there is a lawn with sunny and shady places.
If you want to discover fauna and flora, you can go on several hiking trails, which lead past the lake. Also the mountainbike tour Tour 6 of the MTB-Park Pfälzerwald leads past the lake.
The kiosk "Kahnhaus" on the site provides food and drinks. Sanitary facilities with toilets and changing facilities are also available at the lake. Carrying dogs is prohibited at the sea.
