Sculpture group by Wieslaw Pietron and Helga Sauvageot.
The sculpture of the goatherd with his goats stands at the entrance to Wiesenstraße. This work of art is reminiscent of a time when Bornheim was poor and the goat was considered the "little man's cow". A closer look at the scene shows that the goat leaves behind "golden nodules" - a humorous allusion which, according to Dieter Hörner, is intended to tease the people of Landau, who look somewhat enviously at Bornheim. The sculpture group was created in 1999 by Wieslaw Pietron and Helga Sauvageot.
