Unpli Verona
Il Monastero fu costruito dai Monaci Benedettini in epoca Medioevale. Esso divenne presto crocevia importante per pellegrini e condottieri in marcia per la Terra Santa.
Fu soltato sul finire del XV° secolo che il monastero fu ceduto alla famiglia Querini Stampalia, che lo trasformò in una villa signorile, degna della nobiltà della casata veneziana.
La struttura fu progettata dall'architetto veronese Giovanni Maria Falconetto. Le facciate sono decorate con merli simili a quelli di un castello medioevale.
Il pozzo all'esterno è del 1500, mentre l'antica chiesa del monastero, rimasta vicino alla villa, è ancora consacrata ed è stata ristrutturata dai Querini Stampalia
La Villa internamente è suddivisa su tre piani e ha la struttura tipica delle ville venete con saloni molto grandi al centro che collegano alle stanze.
La villa ora appartiene alla famiglia Baldisserotto che la abita.
