40-storey tower block in the Frankfurt skyline
The Eurotower is an integral part of the Frankfurt skyline. The almost 150 metre high tower was built in the mid-1970s and was the headquarters of the European Central Bank until its relocation in 2014. Since then, the Eurotower has housed the headquarters of the European Central Bank.
The Eurotower was the first of Frankfurt's skyscrapers to be partially open to the public. Until the 1990s, the lower floors housed a shopping centre, and until 2014 an information office and souvenir shop.
