Das Bärenschlössle liegt am Hang des Finkenbergs im Christophstal und ist eines der Wahrzeichen von Freudenstadt.
Das Renaissancegebäude prägt bereits seit 1627 das Bild des Tales und wurde von Generalfaktor Peter Stein, dem Herrn über Knappen und Bergleute im Christophstal, als Alterssitz erbaut. Es ist eines der wenigen noch erhaltenen Gebäude, die die großen Stadtbrände von 1632 und 1945 überlebten, und das einzige Staffelgiebelhaus in Freudenstadt. Vom Bärenschlössle bietet sich ein herrlicher Panoramablick hinauf nach Freudenstadt. Direkt dahinter befindet sich ein Rotwildgehege.
Heute ist das Hofgut Bärenschlössle mit seiner Eventscheune ein idealer Veranstaltungsort für Hochzeiten, Geburtstage, Weihnachtsfeiern, Firmenevents etc. (Weitere Infos dazu siehe .
