La célèbre Venoge, chantée par Gilles, est alimentée par deux sources principales. Celle du Chauderon est la plus importante, même si une source supérieure, plus souvent à sec, permet d’observer un impressionnant mur de rétention, non daté, composé de blocs de calcaires.
