If staying overnight in Waging, it is about a 20-minute walk to the St. Rupert Church in Gaden. The first highlight of this stage is literally the hill with the pilgrimage church Maria Mühlberg with wonderful views. Then the paths wind through forest and fields towards the district town of Traunstein. Numerous rest stops invite you to linger.
