This twelfth stage can certainly be called the king stage. It is exceptionally beautiful in terms of landscape with the Mondsee and Wolfgangsee. The Schafberg is in view, prominent from the west side, and the route goes over the Scharfling Pass to the European Monastery Gut Aich. For registered pilgrim groups, the brothers offer a pilgrim blessing, and a guided tour is also possible. Strengthened in body and soul, the journey continues over the legendary Falkenstein to the destination.
