Here, agricultural areas alternate with individual still rurally shaped villages on the outskirts of the vibrant economic region of Linz and Wels. The last stretch goes through the Kürnberger Forest, and we reach the Wilhering Monastery, picturesquely located on the bank of the Danube at the stage destination.
