From the center of Brno to Rajhrad The pilgrimage route (marked by yellow arrows) leads across Svobody Square to Panská and Radnická Streets, the Zelný trh cross on the Goose to the Goose on a String Theater and ascends to Petrov, bypassing the Cathedral of St. Peter and Paul and the terraces descend to Bašty Street. From here, the pilgrimage route leads to the main railway station and continues to the Grand Hotel, going under the railway viaduct and heading along Křenová and Masná Streets to the Svitava River. From here, it continues in a southerly direction for about 5 km to the confluence with the Svratka River at OC Olympia (you can also walk here along cycle route No. 1 from the western parts of the city of Brno), where the red KČT marking marked in 2010 continues again. From the confluence of the rivers, the Way of St. James continues along the left bank of the Svratka about 6 km to the bridge that connects Rajhradice and Rajhrad. On the bridge, turn right and after 300 m you will enter the area of the Benedictine Monastery in Rajhrad, where the Memorial of Literature in Moravia is also located. You will get a stamp for the credential in the pilgrimage booth on the wall next to the church.
