From Gurk in Carinthia, the Leonhardsweg follows the Hemma route over the Metnitzer Mountains into the Styrian Mur Valley and further over the Lasaberger Alpl into Lungau to St. Leonhard near Tamsweg. Special sights include the cathedral in Gurk, the Gothic church of St. Wolfgang in Grades, the Dance of Death in Metnitz, and the Gothic pilgrimage church of St. Leonhard near Tamsweg.
This varied pilgrimage route can be completed in 3 or 4 days.
