In this third stage, we pass through a small town again, from Müncheberg to Frankfurt. The route goes over many fields and open landscapes. But forest and a drained fen (the Red Lynx) are also on the path. The Landhaus Garzau then compensates for the long journey.

This stage is again very varied and passes through two larger towns, Strausberg and Werneuchen. The first half of the route runs mostly through forest, while in the second half you mostly have open fields in front of you. Behind Wessendahl, you can even see the Berlin TV Tower.
