Pilgrim walks in Maclas

The Via Gebennensis is the continuation of the Swiss Way of St. James and runs from Geneva to Le Puy-en-Velay.

The Via Gebennensis connects the Swiss pilgrimage routes from Geneva with the Via Podiensis, which begins in Le Puy-en-Velay and from there heads westwards to the Pyrenees.

A long hike that ended up being an unsuccessful search for a place to stay; it actually totaled 27 km, though Outdooractive simply stopped tracking at one point (the entire hike is shown in a single image from Komoot)

Die Via Gebennensis verbindet die schweizerischen Jakobswege ab Genf mit der Via Podiensis, die in Le Puy-en-Velay beginnt und von dort aus westwärts zu den Pyrenäen führt.
