This route is a long walk that touches many locations in Franciacorta: it unfolds like an embrace that wraps around the heart of Franciacorta. From Piazza Paolo VI in Brescia, you head towards the Madonna della Stella Sanctuary (Cellatica). From the sanctuary, you descend to Gussago, cross the Parco della Santissima, and, crossing the Brescia-Paratico cycle path, you reach the suggestive Olivetan Abbey of Rodengo. You climb Monte Orfano passing by the stunning Santo Stefano church and reach the Convent of the SS. Annunciata. You descend from the mountain into Erbusco territory (where the Franciacorta consortium is based) and reach the Madonna della Neve sanctuary in Adro. Heading north, you reach Lake Iseo in the tourist location of Clusane. Crossing the Torbiere del Sebino Park, you reach our destination: the Monastery of San Pietro in Lamosa (Provaglio d'Iseo). Sentiero molto bello. tratti molto impegnativi ma che alla fine la fatica ripaga il panorama. Consigliato in primavera e autunno.

Tolle Tour.
