Sie werden etwas über die kurze Geschichte der Kakaofrucht, die verschiedenen Arten von Schokolade, die Theorie der Schokoladentemperierung und die sieben Schritte des Schokoladenkonsums erfahren. Im letzten Teil des Erlebnisses werden wir ein traditionelles aztekisches Schokoladengetränk mit antiken Werkzeugen und Rezepten herstellen. Dieser Workshop ist für Kinder und Erwachsene geeignet. Inklusivleistungen: Wir stellen Ihnen alles zur Verfügung, einschließlich Kochgeschirr und Zutaten, und Sie verwenden eine professionelle Schokoladentemperiermaschine, um Ihre Schokoladentafel herzustellen.
