Please bring a medical certificate if you are over 60 years old.
You need to be with one of your parents if you are less than 18 years old.
You have to Jump with an adult III you are between 14 and 16 years old

GETTING TO US BY CAR
Switzerland / Sierre / A9
Exit motorway at Sierre-Est Turn right at the roundabout.
From there its a 10 minutes drive to Niouc
Follow the signs, the parking is 1 minute from the reception.
BY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:
By train to Sierre/Siders and then by Car Postal (bus) 451 direction Vissoie.
Exit at the Bus stop : Niouc – Les Saints Innocents
