By booking this tour, I confirm that I am aware of the risks of the extreme sport via ferrata and waive all claims for damages against the company. In addition, I hereby confirm that I will always follow the instructions of the staff. Possible dangers in this outdoor sport include:

• Alpine hazards, such as rockfall, risk of falling, etc.
• Risk of slipping (slippery rock, moss, damp grass, etc.)
• and other natural hazards (e.g. weather changes, etc.)

Furthermore, I am aware that all tours are voluntary and at your own risk.

I also confirm that I will participate in the tour sober (regarding alcohol) and not under the influence of drugs or medication. Otherwise, the exclusion of the tour takes place without claim for damages.

All via ferrata tours are weather dependent, so it may happen that the tours have to be cancelled or postponed up to 12 hours in advance!
