Mit dem Auto in CH-9472 Grabs beim Hotel Ochsen (im Umbau) bergwärts in Richtung Grabserberg-Voralp fahren. Auf der teilweise schmalen Straße sollte man vorausschauend fahren und die Ausweichstellen nützen, denn es können einem "Anstösser" entgegenkommen.
Es gibt 7 Parkplätze, die vom 1. Mai bis 31. Oktober gebührenpflichtig sind. Bezahlen kann man nur beim großen Parkplatz 5. Wir fuhren zum Parkplatz P9 = Turbenriet.
Alternative: Bei der Haltestelle Grabs-Post steigen sie um auf den den BUS Sarganserland Werdenberg nach Grabserberg, der Sie dann bis vor die Haustüre des Berggasthauses Voralp bringt (= P6).
