Nature trails in Arth

On the trail of wild animals. In collaboration with the Goldau Nature and Animal Park, information boards have been created that indicate native wildlife. This educational hike is highly recommended.

Rigi Kaltbad – Rigi First – Unterstetten – Seeweg – Glettialp – Hinterbergen The hike from Rigi Kaltbad leads flat along the former track of the Rigi-Kaltbad-Scheidegg-Bahn (1874 to 1931). From Rigi First you reach Unterstetten via the rock path.

Rigi Staffel - Rigi First - Unterstetten - Rigi Scheidegg (or vice versa) The Alpine Experience Trail Rigi invites hikers into the world of alpine life. They experience natural alpine landscapes, breathtaking panoramic views, and learn a lot about the life of our alpine herders on the Rigi.

Weggis – Felsentor – Rigi Kaltbad – Rigi Staffel – Rigi Kulm Following in the footsteps of Mark Twain. This scenic mountain hike offers everything for a beautiful hiking day. After the ascent of just over 1,350 meters in altitude, you will be rewarded with fantastic views for the hiking effort.

Rigi Staffel - Rigi Staffelhöhe - Rigi Känzeli - Rigi Kaltbad - Rigi First - rock path The flower path leads from Rigi Kaltbad via Känzeli to Rigi Staffel, as well as from Rigi Kaltbad over the rock path.  In the Rigi Kaltbad - Rigi First area, the path can even be completed with a stroller and wheelchair. During the blooming season, the flowers along this colorful path are carefully labeled by the Pro Rigi association with signs.

Encounter 25 million-year-old Rigis, mist-shrouded alpine herders, a mysterious triangulation point, the rolling sea of mist, or a watercoloring queen. We invite you to explore the Myth of Rigi on site via audio files along the circular route.
