From Heilbad Heiligenstadt (train station) via Fürstenhagen (1st night) and Klostermühle near Großbartloff (2nd night) via Hülfensberg to Frieda (taxi to Eschwege train station). Very varied landscape from deep stream valleys to green beech forests and up to wide fields on the plain with distant views. Very well-maintained and marked trail with many scenic and cultural landmarks: charming half-timbered villages, cross paths, shelters, rock cliffs, pilgrimage churches, etc. May 18-20, 2023
