A Vértes Tábor az erdő közepén megbújva, Mórtól 10 km-re, Pusztavámtól 4 km-re található, a Vértesi Tájvédelmi Körzet területén.
A tábor 34 főnek tud szállást biztosítani (a csoportokat eltérő férőhellyel tudják fogadni), egy 8 ágyas, egy 5 ágyas, egy 9 ágyas és egy 12 ágyas szobában. A szobákhoz közös, nemenként elkülönített hideg-melegvizes zuhanyzók, konyha és közös helyiség tartozik. Az udvaron fedett tűzrakóhely található, bográcsozási és grillezési lehetőséggel.
Kisebb létszámú csoportok esetén, ugyanabban az időben több csoport is foglalhat. A kertben sátorozási lehetőség is van.

- Az erdei iskolához legközelebb eső buszmegálló a Pusztavám, Erdősor utca. A menetidő Mórról 15-25 perc.

Directions
- A megállótól dél felé indulunk az Erdő soron. A kereszteződéshez érve tovább folytatjuk az utunk egynesen, egy idő után már földúton haladunk tovább. Elhagyjuk a festékgyárat, majd a jobbra vezető földútra kanyarodunk, ami egyenesen a táborig vezet minket. Összesen 2,5 kilométer gyaloglás.
Parking
- Mórról Árkipuszta felé indulunk, majd a Pusztavámi Ipartelepek felé fordulunk. Innen a festékgyár felé vezető utat követjük, ami a táborig vezet minket.
- A szálláshelynél tudunk parkolni.
