Mitten im vogtländischen Wintersportgebiet, auf dem Aschberg liegt die Jugendherberge Klingenthal "Deutsch-Tschechische Begegnungsstätte".

Im traditionsreichen vogtländischen Musikwinkel, direkt auf dem Aschberg in einer Höhe von 936 Metern, liegt die Jugendherberge Klingenthal. Sie ist der perfekte Ausgangsort für Wander-, Rad- und Skitouren durch den waldreichsten Naturpark Deutschlands, den Naturpark Erzgebirge/ Vogtland. Vom über 31 Meter hohen Aussichtsturm direkt neben der Jugendherberge kann man seinen Blick über den Naturpark und die angrenzende Tschechische Republik schweifen lassen.
