Mit dem Erwerb der Oberen Schweizerhütte durch Anurak & Peter Lacina im Februar 2013 und nach umfangreichen Sanierungen erstrahlt das Traditionshaus Obere Schweizerhütte nun im neuen Gewande und öffnet seine Pforten den ruhe- und erholungssuchenden Gästen. Im Pensionsbereich der Oberen Schweizerhütte befinden sich 8 Doppelzimmer (mit Doppelbett) und 4 Familienzimmer (jeweils mit Doppelbett und einem Doppelstockbett). Alle Gästezimmer sind im historischen Ambiente des Hauses rustikal und gemütlich eingerichtet und verfügen über Dusche/WC, LED-TV, Radio, Fön und Sitzgruppe. Besonders dem Städter wird die Naturverbundenheit und Idylle des Hauses auffallen, wenn er des Nachts wirkliche Dunkelheit, den Sternenhimmel, Wildtiere und die natürliche Geräuschkulisse des Waldes wiedererleben darf.
