Hans Jörg Hinterleithner and Angeli Köchle have been running the former parental inn since 2014 - the restaurant has since been awarded 3 toques (Gault&Millau), 3 forks (Falstaff), 100 Best Chefs (RollingPin) .... and in 2025 they were also awarded the "Bib Gourmant" by the Michelin Guide.
