Fern ab von Lärm steht das Gasthaus Jägerhaus in einem vom Verkehr unerschlossenen Abschnitt des Donautals, umgeben von hohen Felswänden. Hoch oben thront Schloss Bronnen (keine Besichtigung). Einen kurzen Fußmarsch lohnen zwei Höhlen: die Jägerhaushöhle zählt zu den bedeutensten Fundplätzen der Mittelsteinzeit. Der Eingang in großräumige Sperbersloch befindet sich jenseits der Donau.
