Die Bernhardseck-Hütte ist beliebtes Einkehrziel mit gutbürgerlicher Küche sowie Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Touren gleichermaßen. Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden.
Im Winter ist vom 22.12.2008 bis eine Woche nach Ostern geöffnet.
Im Winter werden auch Schneeschuhe verliehen, um die umliegende Bergwelt erkunden zu können.
