Söderköping Brunn dates from 1774. Today, of course, today's spa treatments are a bit in common with Dr. Olof Lagberg's cold water cures in the early 1800s. Or what about the following programs:

Kl. 04.30 wake up, then a cold water arrangement
Kl. 11.00 seater bath Kl. 17.00 Ståbad
Kl. 21.00 Seat bath and packing, then bedtime
