Letohrádek (originally a summer residence) was bought in autumn 2008 in a desolate state and has been undergoing a reconstruction since then. Since 2008, the castle has been gently restored to its original form with great diligence and effort. Complete reconstruction of the building, equipment and outdoor space is realized without any subsidies, only by self-help and with the support of family and friends. The chateau leads one of the shoulders of the healing spring of St. Vojtech and the adjacent park is a restored statue of the same saint. For this reason the castle and the original summer residence Vilém Smrčka was renamed to Letohrádek sv. Vojtech. From the 13th of June 2014 the Summer Palace is open to the public.
