All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities and partially accessible for wheelchair users".

Some information on accessibility are listed below. For detailed information please see the evaluation report.

• There is a designated parking space for people with disabilities.
• The building is steplessly accessible.
• All rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are accessible without steps or via elevators.
• Almost all doors/passages that can be used by guests and are raised are at least 88 cm wide. 
• The reception desk is 108 cm high. There is another, equivalent means of communication while seated.
• There is at least one double room.
• The WC in this room can be accessed from one side (at least 90 cm). There is a flip-up grab rail on both sides of the toilet. 
• The washbasin is wheelchair compatible and the mirror is visible when standing or sitting.
• The shower is accessible without thresholds.
• There are wheelchair-compatible tables in the breakfast room and bar (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).    
• There is a public toilet for people with disabilities, which can be accessed from at least one side (at least 90 cm).  There is a flip-up grab rail on both sides of the toilet.  
• Aids can be borrowed from an external company if required (on request).

• There is no clearly visible alarm.
• Aids and an inductive hearing system can be borrowed from an external company if required (on request). An outgoing emergency call in the elevators is confirmed audibly.
• In the breakfast room and in the bar there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, on which there are no lamps standing or hanging that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact.
• There is a seating area with low ambient noise in the bar (e.g. sitting area, separate room), but not in the breakfast room.
• In single room 104 there is no freely available socket near the bed.
• In double room 005 there is at least one freely available socket near the bed.
• WiFi is offered.

• Assistance dogs may be brought into all relevant areas/rooms.
• The entrance is visually rich in contrast.
• All elevated areas that can be used by guests are well lit, i.e. bright and glare-free.
• The signage is designed in easily legible and high-contrast lettering.
• Orientation information is tactile (e.g. relief or prismatic lettering).
• Orientation information (room numbers) is available in Braille.
• There are glass doors without safety markings.
• An outgoing emergency call in the elevators is confirmed acoustically. 
• Stair treads are not visually rich in contrast.
• Stairs have a handrail on at least one side. Exception: steps in the basement to the breakfast room
