These two aspects - the forests and the name of the district - also gave the name of the hotel project - "America's Steamship sailing through the sea of ​​sandy forests". America, originally the name of the project, remained on behalf of the hotel. And why steamer? Looking at the hotel complex, you will find a wide range of elements taken from large steamboards - round windows, broken railing lining a number of hotel terraces and, for example, ventilation of the shape of a ship's chimney. The hotel itself was completed in 1993.
