We are special. Since 1767 Hotel Traube has been existing – located in a remarkable half-timered buidling. Hotel Traube stands for cordiality, hospitality, coddling, listening and taking time for our guests. Spend fantastic winter days at our skiing area. We offer everything the heart desires for guests of all ages: kids area, training lifts, skiing kindergarten, skiing school, carving ski test centre and ski service.
If you feel hungry you can stop at the restaurants Berggasthof Schwändle, at the Hotel Traube Thalkirchen or at the Schneebar (snow bar) at the valley station of the cable car. As guests of our house you get a free ski pass for the skiing area Oberstaufen within the frame of "Oberstaufen PLUS", moreover free ride with the cable cars, free access to the ice rink and many more advantages. From outside our house reflects the good old times, from inside it is modern und you experience wellbeing. For example at our spa area with a swimming pool, a sauna, a steam bath and a sunroom. Our restaurant offers among others a cozy farmhouse parlour. The hotel rooms are furnished lovingly – from the single bedroom with canopy bed and decorative painting to the modern double room.
