Das Hotel Sonnenhof ist ein 4-Sterne-Genusshotel und hat nebenan auch ein Appartementhaus. Das Hotel liegt im oberen Ortsteil von Pertisau, fast direkt am Eingang zu den Karwendeltälern. Von dort starten Wanderungen in den Naturpark, gleich nebenan liegt aber auch der Golfplatz oder im Winter die Langlaufloipe. Das Hotel bietet 23 Zimmer und Suiten sowie im Appartementhaus 10 Ferienwohnungen mit alpinem Charme. Das Essensangebot wird durch ein hochwertiges Abendmenue sowie das A-la-carte-Restaurant "Essbar" gekennzeichnet.

Mit dem Auto auf der Inntalautobahn A12 bis Abfahrt 39 Wiesing, weiter auf der B181 bis Maurach, dort links abbiegen in Richtung Pertisau. Von Deutschland aus von Bad Tölz auf der B13 via Sylvenstein-Stausee oder von Tegernsee auf der B307 und die B181 vorbei an Achenkirch und dem Achensee bis Maurach, dort rechts weiter nach Pertisau.
