Das Ski- und Wanderhotel Seehauser ist durch seine zentrale Lage an der neuen Kabinenbahn in Welschnofen idealer Ausgangspunkt für Bergerlebnisse im Rosengarten.

Im Sommer finden zahlreiche Wanderer und Kletterer ihren Weg in die malerische Dolomitenlandschaft, in der kalten Jahreszeit zieht es Skifahrer und Snowboarder ins Skigebiet Carezza.

Zur besten Erholung stehen im Ski- und Wanderhotel Seehauser fünf verschiedene Zimmertypen zur Verfügung. Das gesamte Hotel ist rollstuhlgerecht eingerichtet.

Im geräumigen Speisesaal wird für alle Frühaufsteher das Frühstück bereits ab 7.00 Uhr serviert. Abends zaubern der Küchenschef und sein Team regionale und internationale Köstlichkeiten aus frischen Produkten aus der Umgebung.

Gäste können im Weinkeller edle Südtiroler Tropfen verkosten, Hausherr Ludwig ist zertifizierter Weinberg- und Kellerbegleiter und hat für jede Gelegenheit die passende Flasche im Angebot.

Im Wellness-Bereich stehen eine Finnische Sauna, eine Dampfsauna mit Farblicht- und Inhalationsvorrichtung, sowie einer Kneipp-Tretanlange und ein Ruheraum zur Verfügung. Die Tochter des Hauses ist geschulte Masseurin und verwöhnt ihre Gäste mit natürlichen Ölen.
