Hotel la Grande Ourse is a bustling hiker's inn in the center of Trient, near the large chapel.

Although it appears a bit plain and beaten down from the outside, the Grande Ourse has been recently completely renovated by their busy but very friendly owners, Jeremy and Ardita. The inside sports a clean décor and simple but tastefully decorated private rooms, apartments, and small dorm rooms. The rooms have bathroom/shower down the hall. They have free Wi-Fi and a nice bar area for hanging out. Meals are also on the simpler side here, but are hearty and filling.

The Grande Ourse will prepare picnic lunches. Order the night before.
