• There is one marked parking space for people with disabilities.
• The building is accessible without steps.
• All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are accessible at ground level or via an elevator.
• The elevator cabin measures 80 cm x 120 cm. The elevator door is 80 cm wide.
• All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 70 cm wide.
• The reception desk is 111 cm high.
• There are no wheelchair accessible tables available in the breakfast room (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).

Room 249 (double room, 2nd floor)

• The manoeuvering spaces are:
  in front of essential furnishings (e.g. wardrobes) 170 cm x 102 cm;
  to the left of the bed 75 cm x 170 cm; to the right of the bed 140 cm x 170 cm.
• The bed is 47 cm high.
• The manoeuvering spaces in the bathroom are:
  in front of the sink 110 cm x 110 cm; in front of the WC 150 cm x 50 cm;
  to the right of the WC 130 cm x 50 cm, there is no manoeuvering space to the left.
• There are grab rails to the left and right of the WC. The right grab rail can be folded up.
• The sink is wheelchair compatible. The mirror can be viewed while sitting or standing.
• The shower is accessible via a 3 cm high threshold and measures 77 cm x 119 cm. Grab bars are available. A shower seat can be provided.
• There is no alarm trigger.

Suite Krupp (double room, ground floor)

• The manoeuvering spaces are:
  in front of essential furnishings (e.g. wardrobes) 200 cm x 150 cm;
  to the left of the bed 140 cm x 170 cm; to the right of the bed 125 cm x 170 cm.
• The bed is 65 cm high.
• The manoeuvering space in the bathroom is:
  in front of the sink and the WC at least 200 cm x 170 cm;
  to the left of the WC 40 cm x 55 cm; to the right of the WC 175 cm x 55 cm.
• The sink is wheelchair compatible. The mirror can be viewed while sitting or standing.
• The shower without threshold is 120 cm x 160 cm. Grab bars and a shower seat are available.
• There is no alarm trigger.

WC for people with disabilities on the ground floor

• The manoeuvering spaces are:
  in front of the sink and the WC 135 cm x 175 cm;
  to the left of the WC 50 cm x 70 cm; to the right of the WC 110 cm x 70 cm.
• There are fold-up grab rails to the left and right of the WC.
• The sink is wheelchair compatible.
• There is no alarm trigger.

• An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed audibly.
• In the breakfast room there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, on which there are no lamps standing or hanging that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact. There is no seating area with low background noises (e.g. corner seating, separate room).

Room 249 (double room, 2nd floor) and Suite Krupp (ground floor)

• There is at least one electrical outlet available near the bed.
• The ringing or knocking on the door is not indicated by a flashing signal which can be detected in all rooms.
• W-LAN is offered.

• All evaluated and usable areas for the guest are well illuminated, i.e. bright and glare-free.
• The signage is designed in clearly legible and contrasting font.

• An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed audibly. The break position is not announced by spoken commands. The operating controls are visually rich in contrast and tactilely detectable.
• Stairs sometimes have visually contrasting edges and a handrail on at least one side.
